History Of The Company

Incorporated in 2008, PT Senyiur Sukses Peratama (“SSP”) is a coal mining company holding an Izin Usaha Pertambangan – Operasi Produksi (IUP-OP) located in Senyiur, Muara Ancalong, East Kutai, East Kalimantan. Since its establishment, the concession has remained in a greenfield state, with the Company undertaking preliminary studies, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance required for future mining development.

In October 2025, SSP entered a new strategic phase following its acquisition by PT Best Performance Coal Mining, which now holds 90% of the Company’s shares, alongside two Indonesian individual shareholders owning 5% each. The new shareholders group brings over 15 years of experience in operating coal mining concessions across Indonesia, significantly enhancing SSP’s technical and managerial capacity.

The concession is estimated to contain approximately 50,000,000 metric tons of coal reserves. Under the direction of the new ownership, SSP is currently activating its development programs, including mine planning, infrastructure preparation, operational setup, and commercial readiness, aiming to commence mining, marketing, and sales activities starting in 2026.

With strengthened leadership and a clear operational roadmap, SSP is positioned to transform from a long-standing greenfield concession into a high-performance coal mining operation contributing to Indonesia’s energy and industrial supply chain.
